The Right Kind Of Nutrition Allows You To Experience Better Health
If you believe ‘you are what you eat’ and you should, then you will know that healthy eating is not called ‘healthy’ for no reason. Eating right has a huge impact in the way you look and feel and this has been proven time and again by researchers.
Eating healthy and making sure of taking the right supplements if required can prevent all kinds of dread diseases from happening in the human body. Sometimes even the simplest of fruits and vegetables eaten in the right quantities can protect and boost the immune system immeasurably. When this system is protected, virtually the entire body has an extra element of health support.
Informing yourself of the reasons for eating certain foodstuffs is vital to maintain the best of health. It makes sense that lots of different colors of fruit and veg contain different health giving vitamins, minerals and other substances. All of which help the body to fight disease. In the case of preventing or helping with serious illness such as cancer some foods can even be added to the diet.
A good example of this is the agaricus Brazil mushroom or Agaricus Blazei Murill. This small fungus has been found to have cancer beating qualities and in fact, Ronald Regan brought it into the limelight after his successful attempt to sure his skin cancer.
There are many foods that people who are cut off from modern society have used for millennia to remain health and these people do not suffer any of the illnesses many city dwellers have to put up with. They also live a good deal longer, and they don’t have access to any special supplements or treatment. Just good fresh and healthy foods that their families have been raised on for generations!
Many dread diseases have been cured just by nourishing the body completely and thoroughly. In many instances people take a holistic approach and use traditional treatments as well as change their diets, but if you are not prepared to look at a good diet to get well, no amount of medication will work.
I come from a family with a long history of high blood pressure and joint problems. My father refused to have a hip replacement and can barely walk at age 75. Mother has bad knees and bad hips and I was walking my dog and feeling a click in my hip that hadn’t been there previously.
Nervous that I would suffer the same joint health problems as my parents I researched what I could eat and what natural supplements I could take to prevent this from occurring and I found Trigosamine, this is a supplement, I added it to my diet and two weeks later the hip click has virtually vanished. I don’t know if it is too late for them, but I am making my parents take this too!
