Summer is on the way for those of us in the northern hemisphere. Due to this, most people will likely be consuming more beverages. Heat cause the body to lose fluids, so people are apt to feel thirst more often.
Downing a soft drink full of chemicals and sugar isn’t the best way to replace lost fluids. Many healthy beverages are available that will quench thirst without lots of artificial ingredients, high fructose corn syrup or other huge amounts of sweeteners.

Instead of a chemical brew, why not try Yerba Mate? This natural alternative not only boosts energy, it has 24 vitamins and minerals, 15 amino acids, and abundant antioxidants.

Plain water is probably the most healthy beverage available, provided it’s pure. Buy a water filter for your home as an economical alternative to bottled waters, many of which are no more than tap water anyway.
For water on the go, there are great reusable water bottles available these days. No matter where you go, filling a reusable bottle with filtered water will let you keep a healthy beverage always handy.
Do Good Things For Your Body
Yerba mate, green tea, and other drinks full of nutrients are a better choice instead of drinks made with synthetic chemicals. When you feel thirsty, forget the soft drinks, and reach for a healthy tea or other healthy beverage instead!
